Raised in Michigan, Jami has strong mid-western values and a sense of personal responsibility. When a client has a question or a concern, Jami recognizes the issue, helps the client to feel better, and then chases down the solution.
Personally, Jami spends most of her time bringing her son Asher to football practice and games, and chasing her daughter, Fiona. She's a runner. Additionally, Jami is an avid fan of live theater.
It's hard to make good decisions when you are overwhelmed with paperwork and administrative details. One of the greatest assets of Heck Wealth Management is our Client Service Manager, Jami Lunde. Because of her dedication to client relationships, administrative headaches are handled, often without clients ever being aware of the work that went on behind the scenes.
Born and raised in New York, Ken received his M.B.A. from Columbia University and has held various institutional positions at Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Smith Barney. Seeking more personal interaction, Ken left Wall Street and became a retail Financial Advisor in Las Vegas. Upon arriving in Las Vegas, Ken pursued his passion for education and became an Adjunct Professor of Economics at UNLV. While Microeconomics and Macroeconomics tend to be very intimidating to students, Professor Heck brought enthusiasm and a clear teaching style to his classroom. His classes were very popular and highly attended, even on sunny days.
Outside of work, Ken is the Executive Vice President of the Economic Club of Las Vegas, sits on the Advisory Boards for the UNLV Center for Business and Economic Research and the Economic Advisory Board for the UNLV College of Business, and is an alumnus of Leadership Las Vegas. Ken enjoys snowboarding, scuba diving, a spending time with his wife and two children.
